Welcome to Dua360 (the "App"), a comprehensive Islamic lifestyle application providing features such as accurate Athan notifications, Qibla direction, location-based prayer times, the Holy Quran with translations, Islamic history content, and more (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and Services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The App is operated by [Your Company Name] ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. App Features and Content

  • Prayer Times, Athan, and Qibla: Calculated based on your device location (with your permission). Accuracy depends on location services and calculation methods; we do not guarantee 100% precision.
  • Holy Quran: Provided with authentic text and translations for personal study. Content is for informational and educational purposes only.
  • Islamic History: Educational content sourced from reliable references.
  • All content is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Location Data

The App uses your device's location to provide prayer times, Athan alerts, and Qibla direction. You consent to the collection and use of location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage location permissions in your device settings.

5. Subscriptions and Free Trial

The App offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly or yearly) after a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

  • Free Trial: New users may enjoy a 3-day free trial of premium features. The trial begins upon subscription signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription.
  • Subscriptions:
    • Weekly: Auto-renews weekly.
    • Yearly: Auto-renews annually (recommended for savings).
  • Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
  • Pricing is displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
  • Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not store payment details.

6. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You will be charged through your App Store or Google Play account.
  • Cancellation: Manage via your App Store/Google Play subscriptions settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.
  • Unused trial portions are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies. We do not process refunds directly.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for commercial purposes.
  • Modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
  • Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Interfere with the App's functionality.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code in the App are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of prayer times, content, or uninterrupted access. Islamic content is for reference; consult qualified scholars for religious rulings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

13. Governing Law
